Wolf Den Treasures ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website wolfdentreasures.com, where we sell acrylic display cases for action figures. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how we protect it. Short version: we collect only what's needed to get a display case to your door, and we never sell your information to anyone.

Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways:

• When you place an order. Checkout is handled by Stripe, our payment processor. During checkout you provide your name, email address, shipping address, and payment card details. Your card details go directly to Stripe — they never touch our website or servers, and we never see or store your full card number. Stripe shares your name, email, and shipping address with us so we can fulfill and ship your order.
• When you contact us. If you email us — with a question, a case suggestion, or a photo of your setup — we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in the message.

Our site does not use advertising trackers and does not require an account. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may automatically log standard technical data, such as IP addresses and browser type, for security and site-reliability purposes.

How We Use Your Information

• To process your payment and ship your order to the address you provide
• To send order confirmations and receipts (sent by Stripe on our behalf)
• To respond to your questions and messages
• To handle refunds, replacements, or delivery issues

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not send marketing emails unless you have specifically asked to hear from us (for example, requesting a notification when a new case is released).

Who We Share Information With

We share your information only with the service providers needed to run the store, and only through their secure platforms:

• Stripe (payment processing) — receives your payment and contact details to process your order. See the Stripe Privacy Policy.
• Shipping carriers (such as USPS or UPS) — receive your name and shipping address so your case can be delivered.
• Vercel (website hosting) — serves the website itself.

We may also disclose information if required by law, such as in response to a valid subpoena or court order.

How We Protect Your Information

• The entire site is served over HTTPS (TLS encryption).
• All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor — the highest level of payment-security certification. We never store payment card numbers.
• Order information is accessible only to the store owner, protected by account credentials and two-factor authentication.

How Long We Keep It

We keep order records (name, email, shipping address, items purchased) as long as needed for accounting, tax, and customer-service purposes. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your request.

Your Choices and Rights

You can email us at any time to ask what information we have about you, request a correction, or request deletion (we may need to retain basic order records where the law requires it, such as for tax purposes). We honor these requests for all customers, regardless of where you live.

Children

Our store is intended for adult collectors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new "last updated" date. Material changes will be noted prominently.
