Terms of Service

Welcome to Wolf Den Treasures. These terms govern your use of wolfdentreasures.com and your purchases from our store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. They're written to be read by collectors, not just lawyers — but they're still binding.

1. What We Sell

We sell acrylic display cases designed for 3.75″ action figures. To be clear:

• Cases only. Action figures, accessories, and figure stands shown in photos are for display purposes and are not included.
• Cases are in stock and pre-made; minor variations from photos may occur.
• G.I. Joe is a trademark of Hasbro, Inc. Wolf Den Treasures is an independent business and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Hasbro.

2. Ordering and Payment

• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Shipping and handling is shown before you pay.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your card statement will show WOLFDENTREASURE.
• We may cancel and refund any order we cannot fulfill — for example, a stock error or a shipping address we cannot deliver to. You'll be notified and fully refunded if that happens.

3. Shipping

• We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
• Orders ship within 3–7 business days.
• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, but contact us right away and we'll do what we can.
• Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is in the carrier's hands — but if a package is lost or arrives damaged, we'll make it right (see below).

4. Returns, Refunds, and Damage

• Damaged or defective items: contact us at wolfdenexchange@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll replace the case or refund you in full, including shipping.
• Changed your mind: unused cases in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, and the original shipping charge is non-refundable.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.

5. Acceptable Use of the Site

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to interfere with its operation, probe or circumvent its security, place fraudulent orders, or use stolen payment credentials. We may refuse service to anyone engaged in fraud or abuse.

6. Site Content

The content of this site — text, product photos, the Wolf Den Treasures name and logo — belongs to us and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Customer photos and testimonials are displayed with their owners' permission.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our cases are display cases: they help protect figures from dust, handling, and UV exposure, but no case makes a collectible indestructible, and we make no guarantee regarding the condition or value of items you store in them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided "as is," and our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the state from which Wolf Den Treasures operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If we have a disagreement, contact us first — nearly every problem can be solved with an email and a little good faith.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its "last updated" date, applies to orders placed while it is posted.
